When can I pick up my EV limousine rental?
We anticipate the first deliveries will take place soon, and ramp up with time. Your reservation secures your EV limousine rental. And, the sooner you sign up, the sooner we can deliver your brand new EV limousine, and the higher your discounted cost will be. See the EVNOW discount levels. To reserve your spot on the waitlist, you'll have to make a deposit equal to just 1 week of your rental rate.

How old do I need to be to rent on the EVNOW platform?
In order to rent an EV limousine, please consult with the regulating authorities for the full list of requirements applicable to chauffeurs in your city/state. Many states require drivers to be at least 25 years old to rent/drive an approved limousine. In order to rent any EV from our rideshare fleet selection, you must be at least 21 years old at the time of your pickup appointment. However, drivers aged 18-20 years old may be able to onboard on some delivery apps; therefore, they may choose from a narrow selection of EVs, specifically: Nissan Leaf, Chevrolet EV Bolt, Kia Niro EV, Volkswagen ID.4, Hyundai Kona Electric.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment using debit and credit cards. Depending on location and device used Google Pay and Apple Pay may become available.

Why is there a waitlist and why should I reserve my spot ASAP?
Because... for each reservation, we order a new Limousine directly from the manufacturer. The delivery timeline will be determined by many factors but most critically by the manufacturers' production capacity. The waitlist dictates the volume needed and allows us to plan a viable delivery time for everyone. Your reservation secures your brand new EV. The sooner you sign up, the sooner we can deliver your brand new EV.
